Agree strongly. Once you are passing familiar with the social and political history the play covers, the plot and dialogue are astonishingly funny and to the point. But, to the casual observer, not so much. The dialogue is dense and rich, so be prepared.

I'm seeing it tomorrow. The Roundabout has a guide to the play on their website that I plan to read first.

My daughter did her senior honors thesis on it; she's praying this production gets broadcast!
