1-Are side orchestra seats for Frozen about two-thirds of the way over toward the wall (e.g., L 14-16-18-20) full view (they are not marked obstructed)?

2-Why are Saturday night tickets priced less than other nights?

I'm not sure I can answer your questions with certainty, but I will try!

The action in Frozen in general is pretty much in the center, so being to the side is probably okay. You might miss a few entrances and exits here and there. One of the very first scenes is in the kids' bedroom (same scene as in the film) , and the beds are on opposite sides of the stage, so you might miss a bit of that, but none of it is significant imo.

The pricing for Disney shows in general is very variable. They take dynamic pricing to an extreme. So what seems to be true for one Saturday might not be true for the following Saturday. I would imagine that the most in-demand shows are probably the matinees rather than the evenings for this show.
I picked a random non-holiday week in January, and the Weds/Sat/Sun matinees were all $199.50 (ouch), and Fri/Sat night were as well. Tues/Weds/Thurs evening were all $172.50.

Whose brilliant idea was it to start a kids' show at 8pm on a school night? Stupidity in the extreme.

The current schedule has 8pm performances each night, but the Tues/Weds/Thurs evening shows all start at 7pm in the fall. I'm not sure why that wasn't done for this spring.
