Stoppard, the snob. He preaches to a very narrow congregation.
If so, then I'm proud to be a part of it. I think Arcadia is one of the greatest and most beautiful plays of the 20th century.
Travesties is difficult to come to as a young theatregoer, but becomes deeper and richer as you get older and more informed. Looking forward to seeing this, my third or fourth (maybe fifth?) production of it. |
