There is nothing wrong with leaving a show because of a medical emergency. And no one is advocating denying admission to people who might possibly have medical emergencies.
This is only about seating people during the show. And I am certain that any house staff would be fine with letting someone who had to deal with a situation such as the one you describe watch the remainder of the act (or show) from the back. |
