Hmmm. The Lortel Archives do not list this production of 'SCENES FROM AN EXECUTION' under her name.
Nor does IBDB.
And Wikipedia says she appeared in 'SCENES' in 2008.
Apparently she did first perform this role in that year, in an earlier Potomac production of the play. ...
TheaterMania.com July 15, 2015: "The Potomac Theatre Project revives Howard Barker's poetic ode to artistic integrity with a month-long run of Scenes From an Execution at Atlantic Theater's Stage II. The company first presented the play in 2008 and brings back its original off-Broadway star Jan Maxwell, who magnificently reprises her Drama Desk Award-nominated performance from seven years ago (the piece was originally presented in 1984 as a radio play and premiered at London's Almeida in 1990)."
So, at any rate, I think it might be safe to say 'THE CITY OF CONVERSATION' was at least her last appearance on a New York stage in a new work. |
