| The linked review hardly mentions the performers. Seems rude. I mean, I understand that someone with name recognition like Bernadette Peters might pique celebrity interest, but I’ve seen Tina Stafford’s work in other shows. Her Rosalie at Paper Mill’s Carnival years ago. She’s a great singer and a bona fide actress. What were her choices? How was the Ben? Did Phyllis or Sally stand out more? Was “I’m Still Here” done as if within the party...? Or to the audience? The set? What was most moving about this production? It’s an Equity cast. Tell us more, please. |
