| But you don't know the political views being espoused, because all you've read are the blurbs, and nothing in the blurbs for any of the plays aside from "Slave Play" suggest that they are offering anything more than an inclusive humanism. You've projected onto NYTW an ideology, and while it's true that NYTW has always been a left-leaning political theater, it's never been as radical as you accuse it of being and there's no indication that this has changed. |
