It has been my experience over the last many years, that you can walk up to the box office a half hour before curtain and get a ticket to about any BWay show -- and often the very best seats.
I've noticed, in fact, that Three Tall Women has popped up on TKTS near curtain time recently, but I wouldn't be comfortable with that expectation on a weekend.
