| I only know Sallert from the cast recording of Ben Franklin in Paris and the various TV appearances she made during that show's Broadway run. I could swear that I saw a segment somewhere from that show where she is apparently alone in the balloon and suddenly Preston steps out of the shadows toward her. I can't remember if he then sang "To Be Alone with You" in the segment or if "A Balloon Is Ascending" was performed earlier in it. I can't recall on what TV show I saw it on or if it was in a clip I viewed online. I may have seen it at the Paley Center. Anyone else ever see it? |
