it all depends on what sort of foot fracture. I had a minor stress fracture between 3-4th metatarsals - which is a pretty common injury - and I walked around on it for a couple of weeks until it swelled up and saw the podiatrist. I managed with the boot - although a hard soled shoe is also a reasonable accommodation.

Depending on the physicality of the role, one would think he could perform (although a walking cast might not be period correct)...but I guess we don't know the extent of his injury...sounds like it was a hard trip.

I'm guessing Parson's people don't read the boards -- but if they do - send him over to see either one of the foot guys at HSS....both deal extensively with performers and athletes.
