Talk about unnecessary. Perhaps they thought they'd lure Broadway fans with it?? Replacing "Song of Purple Summer" with... whatever the heck that was was pretty awful. At least "Purple Summer" is a beautiful song. This was underwhelming. Although that weird maypole-Edison lights thing was fine, I guess.

Yeah, I missed “The Song of Purple Summer,” but you’re right that “Chromulume No. 8” wasn’t half bad.
