Just out of curiosity, I went to IBDB, just to double check my memory and I was almost correct. The GUYS AND DOLLS tour went out 5 months after the Broadway opening. The FOOTLOOSE tour went out less than 2 months after the Broadway opening. But the HOW TO SUCCEED tour didn't go out until about 14 months after the Broadway opening, so strike that thought.
