| Just remembered another number she did which was DEFINITELY right for her voice: “Cornet Man.” Although “Being Alive” was terrific, the Sondheim song I wish she had sung was “A Glamorous Life.” I just love her version, especially from the Sondheim birthday celebration. “I Won’t Mind” was a highlight. I’d forgotten how beautiful that song was as well as many others from her 2nd album, which remains my favorite among her releases. |
