this Henry James story is so understated: a significant portion of the two main characters respond throughout as much to their interior states as to each other in dense Jamesian language.
Seems like an odd choice for a dance heavy show, but the dance is an fluid representation of the characters inner lives...?...and psychologically revealing...?... |
