I think you will enjoy Behind The Curtain. Every other episode is a really smart, long-form interview with an accomplished Broadway figure - writers, performers, and all sorts of other kinds of personnell have been featured. (The episodes in between are the hosts discussing some of their favorite things, which may or may not be your thing.)
