I was at Part One last night, and the line to enter the theatre moved faster than most other theatres. I'll admit, it feels good to pass through a metal detector and past a bomb-sniffing dog - especially with absolutely no loss of efficiency or speed.
While I'll write my thoughts about the play after I see Part Two tonight, the Lyric Theatre is stunning in its redesign. Between The Lyric and The Hudson, I wish ATG would buy and refurbish most theatres on Broadway. |
