| For an actor to join any production on Broadway (or off) the actor has to be approved by the Director, the author, and the producer. Can you imagine there is a world in which Joe Mantello, Scott Rudin, and the Albee estate would approve Roseanne Barr appearing in this play? I think not. And - oh yes- the character is rather aristocratic, Roseanne ain't that, and she could never act that. |
