| It's been hours since ABC's cancellation. Sara Gilbert, ''Roseanne'' exec producer and co-star, condemned Barr's comments as ''abhorrent.'' Wanda Sykes, a consulting producer, tweeted she wouldn't be returning (before ABC made its big announcement). Emma Kenney, who plays Barr's granddaughter on the show, tweeted that she had contacted her manager about quitting the show, only to learn it had already been canceled. And Bruce Helford, ''Roseanne's'' show runner, put out a statement saying he was ''personally horrified and saddened.'' If there's any silver lining, maybe Metcalf's schedule will be clearer whenever she gets to do ''Death of a Salesman'' with Nathan Lane ... |
