I don't know about the top 3 musicals and the top 3 plays......
But..
.IF they "cross the pond" this season :
"TINA" starring Adrienne Warren as Tina Turner is a truly wonderful musical in every way..
Especially the remarkable Ms. Warren, giving a performance of legendary proportions .
And
" THE INHERITANCE " which might be the best new play and production in the last 20 ( or more) years
and, in my opinion, possibly the best play I've ever seen.
And,
if they don't make it into the coming season
I feel sure they'll be the must-see productions when they do arrive.
Don't miss either one of them ! |
