I saw Love and O in Las Vegas this week

I would massively recommend the Beatles show Love, really enjoyed it so much. According to people round me it changed quite a bit a year ago and they thought the changes were for the better. The music is of course so fantastic and the performance matched it so well. I was blown away by the talent of the people in the show and wondered how they manage to keep a stream of people going with the skills to perform it. I was a little disappointed in O, I wasn't as engaged in it even though I was in the third row. It was amazing to see the acrobatics and diving but I never felt connected to the show. I would see Love again for sure but not O.

I also saw O and was in the third row, house left on Friday night at 7. I enjoyed most of it but left unsatisfied. I was later advised that I was sitting too close so I went to Ká and sat further back. That show has multiple scenes in the the front rows to the stage. While the stage effects are thrilling, I was bored and left to see Ricky Martin at the Park Theater. Love made major changes to celebrate it's 10th anniversary.

The first show of my trip was a new musical about Marilyn Monroe. I won't say much as it was in previews expect that it has potential. Opening night is tomorrow, June 1.

I was advised by people to sit very close for O and sit in the 200 section half way back for Love. I think I made the right choice for both shows personally. I really wanted to see Ka but had heard they made changes after that accident and had removed the most thrillinng scene. I just found out that scene has been put back in. No more shows on this trip so I won't see Marilyn but I am looking forward to horse riding in Red Rock Canyon tomorrow. I am really loving this trip to Vegas.
