| I just checked all my posts in this thread -- I don't say anything about publicists, which is something I know nothing about. The show itself does not announce in advance that a given celebrity will be making an appearance on a given day. I doubt if anything involving a celebrity is actually live. I do think that when we see a sequence with a celebrity, it was taped that morning, which gives the impression that they just dropped by. Of course, I'm just guessing about all of this -- I have no idea how they actually put together their show. Some news segments are repeated throughout the 3 hours so they have obviously been taped. The celebrity sequences are only shown once. |
