Just kidding. JAY's releases of York production recordings seem to happen comparatively quickly - not compared to Ghostlight or Broadway Records, but not like some other JAY recordings.
I think Jay released Rothschild and Sons about a year after the York production closed. Hopefully, we will see the Desperate Measures CD by the end of 2018 or at worst mid-2019. Of course, I'm glad Jay is continuing to release these recordings. There is tremendous risk involved and even when successful, the profit is small.
