| Smoothest process ever. I was 1408 on line, waited about 12 minutes and got my first choice, center mezzanine, front row, on a Saturday night in December! | |

| Not a great experience, I have to say. I was only offered orchestra seats in P and Q (for some reason, I couldn't get ANY seats in mezzanine to show up and I would have been happy there). Finally, around my fourth or fifth choice date, a seat opened up in mid-row G. I didn't love being that far right, but figured it would be ok enough given that it was relatively close. Took way too long, and unsatisfying; I tried at one juncture to call, but kept getting the all circuits busy. If they're going to do it this way (a la the Public), they need to create an interface that allows one to see every available seat per selected date. |

| Well played! 853. C orchestra aisle. It's so nice of them to ask if I just want the orchestra. I know they did that earlier, but they could have scrapped it with the virtual line. So far, so good. | |

| It's now 10:12 and I got the 4 tickets - nailbiting experience. Got in line somehow at 9:40 - it just popped up after many log ins. Then every step was slow - I was praying it wouldn't freeze. Took 12 minutes step by step, I just tried not to keep hitting ENTER, LOL. I got 4 seats for Nov 17 Sat Mat on the aisle but in Row P pretty far back. Not Center but house RIGHT on the center aisle. I didn't argue because I didn't want to get booted. | |

| I have a two ticket subscription. The only seat I could get close was Row C for early December. I planned to get another single late in the run but right now nothing good came up. Did anyone get mezz seats? |

| I got Mezz E on aisle for one of the last previews. I grudgingly accepted. The orchestra selection was hopeless. And now I'm on hold at City Center. Hi from Martin. | |

| Which is saying something, especially for the shows produced in Broadway houses - Even into 2019, searching across a variety of dates, I couldn't find anything closer than row P or Q in the orchestra, and nothing in the mezzanine at all. I guess it's a Scott RudintLCT co-producing thing - the seats for Glass Menagerie were pretty bad too... although not nearly this bad. |

| It was reminiscent of The Harry Potter experience, but it was a helluva lot easier than past experiences with LCT. I hope they keep the system. I tried to log in at 9:53 and was placed in the virtual waiting room with #1454. I had my tix for Orchestra Center row O for 3 nights before opening by 10:10. Of course, now that that secret is out, you'll see people logging in at 7am for all future shows. |
