| Same. I'm on My Fair Lady ticket purchase page. I expected a page entitled "Virtual Waiting Room for To Kill a Mockingbird." Confusing. I logged in and out several times. Same result. I'm hoping this is the virtual waiting room. | |

| I’ve moved to top of the line twice. Instead of being redirected to the site to purchase, I get bumped back into the waiting room with a higher number and more people ahead of me. This is annoying and could take all day. | |

| Been waiting half an hour to get in. Now I'm "in" but the system won't do anything. Seems frozen. Ugh. Why can't they get this right even once? |
