I’ve moved to top of the line twice. Instead of being redirected to the site to purchase, I get bumped back into the waiting room with a higher number and more people ahead of me. This is annoying and could take all day.

Been waiting half an hour to get in. Now I'm "in" but the system won't do anything. Seems frozen.
