Not a great experience, I have to say. I was only offered orchestra seats in P and Q (for some reason, I couldn't get ANY seats in mezzanine to show up and I would have been happy there). Finally, around my fourth or fifth choice date, a seat opened up in mid-row G. I didn't love being that far right, but figured it would be ok enough given that it was relatively close.
Took way too long, and unsatisfying; I tried at one juncture to call, but kept getting the all circuits busy. If they're going to do it this way (a la the Public), they need to create an interface that allows one to see every available seat per selected date. |
