| This is truly the worst situation.... I went into the room at 9:35- was 1457 Got into the que at 10:15 So slow... took forever to get into each window Then I was told "error" and I got shut out at 10;30 I think LCT sucks. Who cares of an old movie turned into a play They need to get their act together because they just don't know how to deal with people on the first day |

| I did everything right. But each page took forever to load. Then it kicked me off. Then it crashed. Now I’m back in and it says no seats are available for a Wednesday matinee during previews! For this I got up at 6:45 am! |

| Because its wasting my time. Because I should be doing other things- more important things- than sitting on a website since 9:35 when clearly they don't know how to satisfy members. Because its an evening out when you finally get tickets. And because its $62 vs $199- $499 and higher if in fact, its any good and Scott Rudin wants to gouge the theater community even more than he already does. Does that answer your question, Royscho? | |

| $199- $499 and higher if in fact, its any good and Scott Rudin wants to gouge the theater community even more. Cannot imagine that the market will bear that MSRP! But anything is possible. |

| If the reviews are good and you end up wanting to see it, you'll probably get much better seats if you book it 2-3 days in advance (and you'll still pay member price.) And I'm genuinely sorry you had a bad experience. Didn't mean to come off snarky. | |

| I've been a member for decades, and this online waiting room for To Kill A Mockingbird has been a total debacle. I've gotten kicked off the site now 3 times, each time with a message that they are having a "problem with the site right now." Gee, really? Why is that none of the other theater companies that I belong to have this many problems with their ordering system? LCT truly sucks at this EVERY time they have a popular show. | |
