I thoroughly enjoyed their performances. And though I loved the eccentricity of David Hyde Pierce's performance, I thought Garber's rendition of "I Put a Penny in My Pocket" felt more connected to the story than a "specialty" number. Got my closing night tickets to Bette and that should be quiet an evening!
