| Seeing Russell Nype's name reminds me of ''Goldilocks,'' and that reminds me of the time I held a cabaret birthday party at Eighty Eight's long ago. I asked Howard Kissel, then theater critic for the N.Y. Daily News, to sing, and he did a lovely job with ''Shall I Take My Heart and Go?,'' which Nype sang. Speaking of Nype, here's video of him and his ''Goldilocks'' co-star, Elaine Stritch, doing ''You're Just in Love'' from ''Call Me Madam.'' Does anyone know if this is from a TV broadcast, when it was or what the circumstances were? Nype and Stritch are simply stellar! (There's also footage on YouTube of Nype and Stritch doing this number when they were younger.) |

| Never saw the show, only the film but didn't Elaine Stritch tour Call Me Madam possibly with Nype?! |
