I never really considered that view, in light of how that community treats Julie and Louise. It seems odd coming out of the mouths of people who see Julie and her daughter as all-but-lepers, tainted by their association with someone that is viewed as a bad guy, even nearly 2 decades after his death. It's a wonder that Julie and Louise aren't made to wear scarlet B's to always remind everyone of Billy, although perhaps he is still so ever present that a reminder would be unnecessary. |
