I thought the Tonys on TV were a way to get attention for Broadway theatre and encourage people to come to New York on their vacations and see live Broadway shows. IF that’s the case, the Tonys is not the place for inflammatory political statements or for the F word. I’m sure a lot of people decided NOT to come to Broadway because of it, which is too bad.
