| Saw Joshua Harmon's new play this afternoon and enjoyed as much as I have loved all his plays! This one deals with family responsibilities,sex and aging. The whole cast is wonderful, but I have to single out Idina Menzel as the 40 something divorcee having a rough time dealing with her ex's new 24 year old fiancee; and a new face Will Brittain as her 70 year old father's new "partner",who's only 20. Both actors are brilliant-hilarious and touching! Daniel Aukin did the seamless direction. Try to see it! |
