Well, Houdini for one. He's in Ragtime (needless to say) and there was a London musical, Man of Magic, about his life, and he may be in some others not immediately coming to mind or that I don't know.

Shakespeare is in at least two: The Frogs and Something Rotten.

Benjamin Franklin in 1776 and Ben Franklin in Paris.

Thomas Jefferson in 1776 and 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, and Abigail Adams in both. IIRC, John is offstage or only briefly onstage in 1600. Teddy Roosevelt is also in there, as well as in Teddy and Alice, mentioned below. Speaking of which, there's a musical about Eleanor, who is also in Teddy and Alice.

There have been at least two or maybe three produced musicals about Henry VIII, so not only Henry but a bunch of the people around him have shown up in more than one musical, although only one of those musicals, Rex, has reached Broadway.

There have been two musicals about Mack Sennett and Mabel Normand, although only one reached Broadway.
