They're gradually phasing out Kazee, and replacing him with Kim. I'm getting pop-up ads for the show that are a variation on the Kazee graphic you mention.
It's a silhouette that's clearly Kim is in full profile, (not facing out like Kazee), and Banks, also in profile, is still pulling his red tie. She's smiling, he's not. I tried to paste it here,
but couldn't. It looks like the ad campaign is going to consist of these monochromatic silhouettes, in various poses. All images related to the show, so far, are in black, white and red.
