| Kander and Ebb also wrote a song for Kaye to sing on the Perry Como show, a lovely ballad called “My Coloring Book”. The producers insisted she was the comedienne and the girl singer on the show, Sandy Stewart, introduced it instead. A few years later, another singer found the song and made it her own. |
