| What was difficult about her accent, which is standard issue English??? I know loads of Americans who saw the play in London and I don't think anyone mentioned having trouble with CM's accent -- unlike, say, the accents in HANGMEN, which gave visiting Americans here a lot of trouble (though it's a much better play than GIRLS & BOYS). |
