| It's not very clear to me whether you liked the show or not, though it sounds like you liked the last line at least? ;-) I would call her an acquired taste, I guess. I have to admit that even in her Seinfeld appearances, I didn't take to her much at all, finding her more obnoxiously strident and pushy than anything else. But I also mention that because this whole show sounds much like one of those episodes - the one where she kept using her stand-up show to complain about and attack Jerry. (The conceit that he could ultimately never say anything right and that it all become fodder for her act - that was funny. Her character itself was not, IMO.) I guess not much has changed? She of course has the right to do a show about whatever she wants, but to me this sounds pretty tedious and uninviting. Not to mention the running time. Wow. |

| During the interrogation, the person asked griffin what she would say to the president if he walked through the door ( and she did wonder if he might actually walk through the door). She said she had to pull her inner Martha Stewart and said that she would just say “hi”. | |

| Never cared for her celebrity-adoring stand-up schtick or public persona, though often found My Life on the D-List a fascinating look how that front is maintained. I wish her success, even if her bread-and-butter isn't to my taste. | |

| Luckily i had an aisle seat, but I was only bored a few times. I looked at my watch a lot more during 90 minutes of straight white men. | |

| Einstein On The Beach lasts 5 hours with no official intermission, though originally they let people leave and return as they needed to, and I assume that's been the norm in subsequent productions. Then again, Einstein On The Beach is, easily, much funnier than Griffin...;-) |
