| I am a Roundabout subscriber and need to change my date for a performance. Roundabout is not sending out subscriber tickets for a few months and will not let you change the date until you physically receive the ticket. However, tickets will be available to the general public before then. So even though I know which date and time and seat I want to exchange into, I cannot do that for months, during which many of the desirable seats will be taken. That policy is completely idiotic. Signing up as a subscriber before general sale puts you at a disadvantage. If you wait until general sale, you can pick your seat and date. If you sign up early, you can not. Has it always been like this? It's a disincentive to renew early, which seems to be exact opposite of what a theater company would want. |
