Thank you both! I'm still not sure I understand how this policy benefits Roundabout at all, but I'm crossing my fingers that good seats will still be available after I get my ticket in the mail.
I've been a Roundabout subscriber forever. They set aside seats that only subscribers have access to. I've always gotten good seats when making an exchange even when I do it a few days before my original performance.
