Just a small note: "Ah, But Underneath" was used in the Paper Mill production. It is sequenced in the main body of songs on the cast recording. "Lucy and Jessie" and "Uptown, Downtown" are among the extras at the end of the second CD, in what the booklet calls the "Appendix."

Also, I'm not positive off the top of my head, but I think Massey was still in the London production when it closed. Rigg and Gray and several others had left but Massey was still there. So if you saw Roy Sone as Ben, perhaps Massey was on vacation?
