Threaded Order Chronological Order

interesting; I found it entirely plausible. Not only that, but... (possible spoilers)

I know those characters. In one form or another, in various guises, I've seen those people and relationships very like theirs in real life. (& in one case, exactly like theirs).
What you saw as patronizing and homophobic I saw as an honest, earnest, if flawed attempt to communicate.
I'm curious, did you think there was a 'good guy' and 'bad guy', and that the playwright was coming down more strongly on one side or the other?
I saw a father and daughter, both struggling, both doing their best, and in their effort to be honest with each other, neither of them being entirely honest with themselves.

What I observed was a collection of characters who were so self-absorbed (with the possible exception of the maid and the butler) that it was difficult to care about them.

Calvin Klein must not be too pleased at the appropriation of many of his biographical details.
