Sirota and directed by Clint Hromsco. The production opened October 9, 2017, and now continues, on Mondays at 7:00 p.m. with tickets on sale through September 3, 2018. Published in 1818, Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein is in its bicentennial year, and this musical honors its source material. Having lost his mother at a young age, Victor Frankenstein seeks to end human mortality and arrogantly enters territory beyond his control. Sirota (Book, Music and Lyrics) Eric is a composer and playwright, as well as an established research scientist and fellow of the American Physical Society, with a PhD in Physics from Harvard and over 90 highly cited publications and 20 patents. Under the title Day of Wrath, FRANKENSTEIN was an Official Selection of the New York Musical Festival's Reading Series in 2015 and also received a reading as part of the Emerging Artists Theatre New Work Series. Another one of his musicals, Your Name On My Lips, an original love story, played at Theater for the New City in March 2017. John Lant (Producer / Artistic Director) John is a 35-year veteran in the entertainment industry and has been involved in over 600 television, film, music tours, and theatrical productions. An award-winning producer, director, writer, lighting / set designer, he has mounted productions at Cal Arts, Ricardo Montalban, Powerhouse, Glendale Center, Hollywood Playhouse, Long Beach Playhouse, the Jewel Box Theatres and Write Act Repertory garnering DramaLogue, Diamond, ADA, NAACP Awards, LA Weekly and Backstage Picks of the Week, Garland and Valley Theatre (LA) nominations. As an Executive Producer of New Frequency - Theatre of the Mind, he produced 150 all-new original Radio Dramas for XM Radio's Sonic Theatre - Ranked as the #1 Radio show.
