Lily Janiak gives ''Soft Power,'' with music by Jeanine Tesori, its paper's highest rating: the Little Man Jumping Out of His Chair.

It stars Conrad Ricamora (''Here Lies Love'' and ''King and I'') who plays Oliver on ABC's ''How to Get Away With Murder.''

This zany musical satire about China and America spans decades and even includes a fantasy version of Hillary Clinton (!).
