To our audience,
Shakespeare in the Parking Lot unfortunately has been turned away by The Clemente. Our female HAMLET (July 12-28 Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 7:00pm) will have to find another home.
The parking meter on FREE Shakespeare was going to go up.
Way up. And our audience still couldn't use the bathroom.
Entering our 24th year on the Lower East Side, we thought our audience should be received with more welcome.
Looks as though we've found a promising location in Sara Roosevelt Park nearby. They only park utility vehicles there but it'll do in a pinch. It's going to be a great show, and we look forward to telling you more.
