| I saw it on a Monday night earlier this month and the small theater was sold out. So maybe it has. I guess San Fran production costs are too high. It’s rather sad that gay meca doesn’t have a production and homophobia land of Utah does. I wonder if the Mexico City production will be in Spanish. |

| Salt Lake City is actually the 7th "gayest" city in the U.S. according to Gallup polling looking at the percentage of metro populations that identify as LGBT. San Francisco – unsurprisingly – ranks #1, but it's hardly surprising that smaller theatre companies in states like Utah would be eager for new LGBT plays precisely to challenge the status quo. | |
