Someone once wrote that it used to the case that homosexuality was the secret that was revealed in Act Three, after which the character committed suicide. I think in the book THE SEASON, the author said that there were two major playwrights that everyone knew were homosexual but no one could talk about it. He seemed put out by that. Am I remembering it right?
