| Excellent story. Thanks a lot for sharing it. Gary Collins never made it to Melody Top. I know he was announced to play Chuck Baxter in PROMISES, PROMISES during the 1983 season. He was replaced by Desi Arnaz, Jr., who I believe was a very good choice. Both of Desi's parents came to see him perform in Milwaukee. Unfortunately, they were not in the audience the afternoon I saw PROMISES, PROMISES. |
