So what would you say to the elderly or infirm who are finding it difficult to walk all the way over to a new theater spot at 10th Ave and 52nd St (or even worse, a spot by 11th Ave)? The crosstown bus often takes 30-60 minutes or more to come on a weekend. On top of a 60-90 minute subway ride for many people. I can get to the Theater at Hostos Community College at 149th/Grand Concourse in the South Bronx quicker than those theaters in far Hells Kitchen, since the Bronx theater is right upstairs from several express trains.
