As someone who has tickets for a Sunday performance, I am annoyed about this, although I realize that this probably was not planned very far in advance. It’s still annoying, though.
I’m surprised they didn’t tell the company before telling the press. It sounds like Rigg’s original email was leaked and not written to Riedel, but she probably shouldn’t have commented on it to Riedel.
