bearcat: full disclosure
on that same trip, I also went to see OVER HERE
someday I'd like to open up a Warren Commission type investigation as to which one I went to first
I do remember paying $42.00 a night at the Sheraton - New York and have a vivid memories of "The Night Porter" playing in a Times Sq. Movie Theatre
I loved both shows
interestingly enough, (to me anyway)
I ended up meeting and working with Robert (Bob) Fitch the following year
when I was an apprentice at the South Shore Music Circus in 1975
He was in a Summer Theater/Tent Tour of LORELEI starring Carol Channing
He gave us a dance lesson in the rehearsal hall
Mr. Fitch told us that before HALF HOUR
the company of M&M would gather on stage and work out IMPROV Scenes
He was a very nice man
and apparently become a sensation
after originating the role of
Rooster Hannigan in ANNIE |
